What does a regular home clean include?
Kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping, plus dishes, folding or bed-making if you add them. Tell us what matters most and we start there. See the room-by-room checklist.
How much will my clean cost?
It’s $70 an hour for one cleaner, so a 2-hour clean is $140, and you see the price before you book. Pay online and save 5%, or pay later and we’ll call you to arrange payment. Commercial visits use two cleaners at $70 each per hour.
Can I arrange weekly or fortnightly cleaning?
Yes. Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly when you book. We book your first visit online and arrange the rest with you.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit, with a full refund of anything paid. Within 24 hours, or if we can’t get in on the day, a $70 late-cancellation fee applies and we refund the rest.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Let us in yourself, leave a key somewhere safe, or arrange access with us. We sort out key locations and access codes privately, so please leave them out of the booking form.
Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No. We can bring our own products and equipment or use yours. If a surface needs a particular product, tell us in your booking notes.
What about pets or delicate surfaces?
Tell us about pets and any surfaces that need special care in your booking notes, and we plan the clean around them.
Can you help with dishes, folding or laundry?
Yes. Add dishes and folding to your list and we fit them into the time you book. Laundry is done at your home; we don’t take it away.
Can I ask for a deeper clean?
Yes. For an oven clean, or showers and dust that need extra attention, choose a cleaning package in the planner and we quote for your home. We don’t offer end-of-lease cleans.
