Changing or cancelling a booking

Reply to your confirmation email, or send us an enquiry with your booking reference. Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit, with a full refund of anything paid. Within 24 hours, or if we can’t get in on the day, a $70 late-cancellation fee applies and we refund the rest.
